- Lean seat back to make for easier installation.
- Slide Drop Stop® hole over Seat Belt Catch, then wedge into seat gap.
- Push down front and back of Drop Stop into seat gap; stretch and move to fit.
- Make sure to slide Drop Stop down far enough to expose Seat Belt Catch.
- You may slide car seat back and forth; Drop Stop will remain in place.
- Relax No more dropping anything down the gap again!
Warning: Do not install or remove Drop Stop while vehicle is in motion. May cause driver to take eyes off road and risk injury or accident.
Drop Stop will work with any car or truck that has the configuration of a seat and center console with a gap existing in between.
Drop Stop will fit any size gap up to 3 1/2 inches wide and as small as a 1/4 of an inch.
Even if the gap appears smaller than 1/4 inch, remember that the car seat itself is a cushion. By merely wedging something in between the car seat and the center console, it can cause the seat cushion to give slightly which could allow for Drop Stop to fit perfectly snug.
Drop Stop can also be weaved in, around, or through most obstructions (such as emergency brake or seat adjuster) in the gap.
